3. Orders and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure prices posted on the website are accurate, there may be instances where the pricing is incorrect due to technical errors, website malfunctions, or other factors. In such cases, Domindingo Industries reserves the right to cancel or modify any order affected by these errors.

If an error is found in the price of the product you have ordered, we will notify you and offer the following options:

Cancel the order and refund any charges.
Adjust the order to reflect the correct price.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that pricing errors, website malfunctions, and other such errors may occur, and you agree that Domindingo Industries is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by these issues.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Most parts are made to order and will have a lead time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard shipping options with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days within Australia.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Domindingo Industries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a parcel is returned to sender due to unpaid taxes, customs or duties the buyer must repay postage to have the item resent out.

Incorrect address/ Returned to sender parcels:
Please ensure your shipping locations are correct. Our shipping system is automated and labels are automatically generated when orders come in so we do not have the ability to redirect once the label is made. If a parcel is returned to Domindingo Industries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the parcel from a shipping carrier’s location, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel.

5. Off-road use only

Our products are designed for off-road use and may not be suitable for on-road vehicles. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that they are intended for off-road applications and understand the risks involved in their installation and use.

6. Damage Disclaimer

Domindingo Industries cannot be held responsible for any damages to your vehicle resulting from the installation or use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

Damage to the vehicle’s structure
Mechanical issues
Electrical problems
Any other damages that may arise during installation or while using our products
