Change of mind returns
As products are made to order, we suggest your consider your purchase carefully. We do not accept change of mind returns/refunds.
Returns of faulty/damaged items
You can return your item for a replacement/full refund if:
- The product was purchased from us within the last 12 months and you can supply proof of purchase
- The product was damaged in transit/arrived faulty and you have not installed the item and inform us within 30 days of purchase
- The product has become faulty within the standard 12 month warranty period

Your return/refund will be assessed once the item is returned to us.
