Change of mind returns

As products are made to order, we suggest your consider your purchase carefully. We do not accept change of mind returns/refunds.

Returns of faulty/damaged items

You can return your item for a replacement/full refund if:
  • The product was purchased from us within the last 12 months and you can supply proof of purchase
  • The product was damaged in transit/arrived faulty and you have not installed the item and inform us within 30 days of purchase
  • The product has become faulty within the standard 12 month warranty period
If your meet the above criteria for a return/refund please reach out to domindingoindustries@gmail.com or via our contact us page. Your return/refund will be assessed once the item is returned to us.
